Podcast Operations Coordinator

Dante32 is seeking an operations coordinator to assist in the production of its portfolio of podcasts.
In this role you'll help coordinate the production, publishing, and promotion of Dante32’s portfolio of client podcasts, working closely with Chief Services Officer (CSO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As Podcast Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for working across multiple client accounts to ensure that scheduling, publication, and everyday production operations run as smoothly as possible.
This is a part-time role (approximitely 20 hours a week) with the potential to become full-time in the future. We’re open to either contract or salaried candidates.
This role involves:
Coordination of production schedules and workflow across the client portfolio
Update and maintain client-facing episode calendars for each show, including client-managed recording schedules
Verify receipt of recorded audio from clients
Generate and distribute transcripts for review and relay feedback to editors
Assign work to and coordinate with audio editors and copywriters to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met
Create episode-specific images and audiograms using pre-designed templates
Act as final QA to ensure each episode meets the highest production standards
Ensure that all podcast launch and episode release dates are met
Proactively come up with ideas and strategies to bring efficiencies to our podcast production workflow process
Guest management for a single weekly podcast
Guest identification - Identify guests and create a multi-month interview calendar.
Guest Scheduling - Create interview schedule, manage communication for guest availability, ensure guest recording prep & setup and possibly do a 5-minute audio test with a guest.
Host prep - Conduct guest research (background and current events) and create a guest dossier for the podcast host with guest research, including suggested questions.
Podcast sponsorship coordination
Conduct initial reach out and manage followup communication for sponsorship leads for several shows, working closely with CEO
